Is this for both servers or just one? If so, which one:
**Which server did the ban happen on?**Sage
**Ban Type:**Temporary
Ban Length: 3 days
**Ban Date (MM/DD/YYYY):**Today
**Round ID:**25121
Ban Reason: Used ghost knowledge to find his own stuff
Appeal Reason: I died really close to the beach spawner, I waited a bit and respawned in the beach.I then went out the only side that wasnt blocked at the times and went down the straight path to where I met my untimely demise (the other paths were dead ends, I am pretty sure it was impossible to not arrive there. I didnt path out the way, I just played it normaly and tried to get me some loot. Yes I agree that I probably shouldnt have as I was involved in it and I am sorry for that.
The ban is pretty minor (it isnt really affecting me much) but I think it was a bit harsh and I want it off my record
Why admemes suddenly care about beachbums accidentaly stumbling upon their own corpse and taking their stuff. Like jesus christ im pretty sure you have better things to do during the round.
The player was killed by an antag miner, took beach bum, got their stuff back and found the miner that killed them in only a few minutes. They were then killed by the same miner again who reported them for having the original player’s stuff as a probable metagrudge.
It was looked into with such detail because the other player was adamant that their behavior was normal to avoid a meta-ban. Their story didn’t line up with what we saw no matter how many times they insisted on it, and their story even changed twice as of the appeal.
I could see my stuff from where I spawned, it’s not really metaknowledge.
There was only one path out of the beach and it led straight to my stuff anyway, and I thought about whether I would have found it normally anyway.
All the other paths were dead ends so it would have been impossible to avoid my stuff
I was present in the round with Tyrannic and supported the ban in the game and even suggested against appealing it because we both saw more than was logged firsthand. I was initially going to stay out of this so they could get a different second opinion than me, but now that I’ve actually read the appeal and see that the story has changed again I’m not particularly inclined to believe anything they want to claim.
