This one checks out, so I do suppose at this point I make more of a case for Blue. Three days isn’t so bad to give someone for a bit of powergaming and self-antag, though I would certainly keep an eye on Blueturbo47, they certainly deserved at least a week ban from AI if not more, plus whatever they get for the sexual comments, as well as breaking rule 14, dependent on previous notes.
Identical to my recommendation at the opening of this thread.
As for Alex, I had a large amount of issue with the twisting of other players words.

And the general abuse and incivility, which is why I have continued to press for correct, and appropriate ban lengths, in my opinion.
The number of different rules broken alone, should warrant a longer ban. Combining with coming off of another ban the same day, I believe for attacking the captain and as clown, and a now growing note history.
Three days is far too lenient as quoted by ruko from several admins including the original banning admin.
Previous notes do seem to show signs of previous overescalation and/or self-antagging, so I would certainly say (As notes do need to be taken into account here), a week perhaps?
In regards to Blue, there’s a previous warning here for past sexual behaviour, at this point a perma wouldn’t be too out of the blue (no pun intended- ruko don’t give me that look lmao), along with a note from the second of this month in regards to self-antagging and ai failrp. Blue almost certainly deserves a longer, if not permanent ban.
What inconsistency with cap permission? Cap said if they consent, ai said “ clown if you can go to my sat and get me, i volunteer”

Also it’s not that hard to post the logs publicly so that we can all see that I did in fact go to sec, tell them I had tele, let them have it, and then go on my merry way. It is also visible that I used it to tele to bridge and ai sat, and it is also visible that from ai sat I went into engi storage and after asking ai to open the door stole the jaws of life and hand drill. There is no lies and inconsistency, my story has not changed.
Also borg blown by ai blames clown that brought ai to console thinking we were locking it down seems grudgey, especially since you also went through the effort of getting my other ban appeal closed after multiple admins said that the captain i mutinied was a mess and deserved a command ban.

We banned the child pred and the Ian person despite it being creepy and not sexual, it’s based entirely upon a vore fetish and I think honestly that he stepped over the line with that ooc, thus the next thing I said being okay stop
Yeah, I regret doing that, I don’t want it to be a perma though I think a month is long enough because it wasn’t erp it more just creepy. If it remains a perma in 2 weeks I will make an appeal though. I stepped to far into vorestation from beestation and I deserve a ban for that.

Why do you keep bringing this up? Consent and captain approval have nothing to do with roleplay standards. You and the captain were put in place by NT to do a job and instead you fucked around doing vore roleplay with a critical piece of station infrastructure/traitor objective.
Non-antagonists are required to perform their assigned job in good faith. Breaks are fine, but ignoring your department and obligations is not. This goes especially true for Silicons, Heads of Staff, and Security.
It’s policy to give bans out for the most ironic of erotic things like WGW, I’m really shocked there’s an exception for this, especially when it looks 100% like its trying to toe the line on what’s acceptable.

Think about it - is there maybe some possibility, somehow, that you could have been in the wrong? doesn’t have to do anythingmust spread the word of the Honkmother through honks and elaborate pranks. Basically the clown’s job is to goof off, much like an assistant, but clowns don’t usually listen to anyone because they have places to be, and things to HONK!
Bare minimum requirements: Be funny to other crewmembers. This is harder than it sounds.
I don’t think it even matters at this point. You aren’t receptive to any input from the staff or your fellow players even when they’re trying to be helpful. Good luck with that.

90% of other players and all the staff so far that we’re not part of this ban appeal or the previous ban appeal have said that this and my last ban were absolute bullshit. I’m very receptive to the words of the people.

Those wiki job descriptions do not define what your job should do because people have been banned for following them before
