   Incident Description: About 3 minutes into the round get a report that one of my sec officers is being kidnapped in engineering (I'm HoS). Me and my fellow officers go there and arrest Zelda. He had the sec officer cuffed and was stripping him and equiping all his sec gear (Huds, radio, belt, ect). This was during a greenshift. Almost instantly after being arrested he logged off and didn't return for the rest of the round.

   Additional Information: The officer after the fact said that he ran into the sec checkpoint while the door was opened and stun and cuffed him.
