yeah, Iām thinkin Assistants should take a look into paper work and also getting Head of staff approval per the department they want to join.
Because thatās pretty much the only route with any reliability.

I wouldnāt mind. But I think theres also some grudge against assistants. Like I donāt like to have my role randomly assigned, I like to spawn in and decide what Iām doing to do, but it really depends on the HoP.
One time the HoP was rude and straight up turned her back on me without a word. I had nothing else to do besides vandalize the hop line for the rest of the shift.
Some HoPs donāt even mind assigning you to security, which I think its actually a nice thing.
Lets imagine the possibility that an assistant turned security gets antag midround. Wouldnāt it be interesting? I mean, depends on how they play it out but the possibilities are quite interesting!

One day the HoP refused to give me a job so I got Iron wood and random chemicals and srynges and built myself a hobo zone in front of the hop line. I died of overdose in the end.

Few years ago on my first ever round as a clueless lizard assistant ive almost immediatelly decided to seek help from local hopline.
Cue me, fresh spawn, a brand new security guard who (likely) lost conciousness at the same point i lost memory of this life so quite early.

The history or the way i write? A while ago i noticed how when im in need of writing something lenghty or rich in details i tend to gravitate towards needlessly pondering and elaborate writing.
It might be my love for DE, uni subject or force of habit/my own pride and enjoyment WHO KNOWS

Wont really work since it puts too much faith into players. People just either wouldnt care if they die at that point and it becomes a lrp mess or they abuse it (borg players already do that where if they die they just hang around their murderer waiting to get them)
Man who started playing here a couple of months ago makes a wrong statement about the playerbase, what a shocker.
Not an issue here.
