Additional Information: This is the part where I mention the hand teleporter in his box. Later on the shuttle he slammed some security guy onto one of the wabbajack tables.

This round had kind of a clusterfuck centered around the RD. With a guy claiming the rd shot a marksman rifle at cap. Cap saying he thought she did, then later saying they didn’t know. It was a real headache to deal with as sec.
