Allowing the server to have more freedom. I have seen a lack of response from admins from a gamepoint. I believe if half the servers dead, It is my responsibility to make sure the players can always play by using arena or other admin commands. The most important thing I want to do is become a actual admin that is for the players and not for myself. I want there to be less jannies and more good admins that respond and act on the servers preferences. For example if theres 20 people online and a miner alone in lavaland wants something that is rare but wont alter the game or damage the station I would spawn it. There is a disconnect between the players and admins. I hope too change that.

Why do you want to be an admin?:
The server has seen a decline in admins. in particular really good admins that care about the players having fun. I wish to revive that mentality and make it so beestation isn’t just on of the 3 lrp servers you can go on. I want to see the server improve on and by the looks of responses from people. they agree but just don’t want to do anything about it

Yes, I have been admin on other servers, Mineplex,Harry potter rp on gmod, 1942 on gmod star wars on gmod and dark rp, one or 2 not so popular anancy Minecraft servers, at least a dozen different roblox servers, numerous forum monitors most notably is 4chan and doom world. Ive also done reddit.

Your strengths:
I know how to admin and I know the basic admin commands of ss13 already, I know how to not let personal grudges agenst players affect my judgement and I also listen to the servers players. I know the basics of all roles and I know how to appropriately give bans and reasons. I have a long record of admining and up at times most admins aren’t. I can abandon my round to assist the station and know a lot of the regular players. I also have no actual judge towards players that hate me
Your weaknesses:
I have a long note history ranging from filter bypass to killing a guy for not giving me a bj. The majority of the notes where just minor thing.
Biggest reason is how the admins view me. Most lrp players are fine with my antics and most are harmless,with that being said I am probably up there with Zoey in most infamous players active on beestation and fourms. Also I only play lrp.

Shitmins and People that join bee and get mad when someone says something offensive in lrp.
When a player who is a patreon and community member gets banned from forms and named last crusader
What do you think is the most important trait for a staff member to have?:
The ability to listen and act to the servers players need and wants. Justifible reasons to use admin commands and the ability to recognize flaws within the community

Moderate the server and make sure the players are happy and the game is not destroying itself

Jokester type player. I usually don’t have a goal. Im just a dog chasing a car.

If its the x10 gun and affects the antags objective ban him from game for a day or so and restore the gun-if it does not affect the round in anyway lets say its cultists, On lrp do nothing- Mrp is a ban or a warning
A non-antagonist is sabotaging the Atmospherics loop and pumping plasma into the distro, along with dragging around a canister and releasing it into the atmosphere. Assuming that another admin is cleaning up the after-effects, how do you conduct the ahelp with him?:
Ask why, If the reason is not good and it killed a lot of players a long ban-perma ban, and then help admin clean up the mess, If no damage is done and the reason is somewhat just a job ban and a warning
A chemist who is working alone accidentally mixes an explosive mixture inside of his chem dispenser, instantly killing himself and destroying the machine, along with exposing Chemistry to space. Nobody else was injured aside from him as a result of his actions. What do you do?:
Assuming its on lrp patch the whole and restore the machine if players want to use it. Mrp maybe a job ban. And check to make sure it was a accident. job ban if done purposely
