Ban Reason: Injected the clown with unstable mutagen for breaking into chemistry
Appeal Reason:
1/39: I’m innocent! Clown had it coming to him! Mutations won’t kill him (unless he’s very, VERY stupid) and I had the antidote mutadone prepped before robusting him! Was just a nonlethal prank to keep him out of chemistry! If he didn’t want to be a bri’ish space adapted chav with gigantism he shouldn’t have broken into chemistry!

Did he die? Yes, but that’s because he ran away from CMO who was aware of what was going on and was going to cure him. CMO had the mutadone I made for him and there was more liquid mutadone and mutadone pills in chemfridge. The accusation that I killed the clown is nonsense, it was a simple harmless prank and that clown had to be incredibly dedicated to dying in order to die from mutations

They died as a direct result of the mutations you gave them causing them to teleport into the telecomms server room and suffocate. So yeah, you did kill them.

Hello, that is not the ban reason. The full reason is:

“Self antag and fail-RP. Killed a clown who trespassed into chemistry by injecting them with 30 units of mutagen, and shoving them multiple times. They did not even attmept to ask the clown to leave, or call security/CMO for help. This behaviour from an experienced player like you is not acceptable.”

Writing this from my phone, I’ll go over the appeal in an hour (when I’llbe able to reply from my laptop), and post relevant logs.

“Trespassing” (didn’t hack the door, just to be clear, it was opened after they said: “mind letting me in” and “i can be your assistant for a bit” [21:43:07]) into a department doesn’t give you authorization to inject them with 15 units of mutagen twice.
You had all the time necessary to drag them out, or call security (officers don’t exist just to kill antagonists).

You didn’t even attempt to ask him to leave or contact security / CMO, this is clearly over escalation.

This isn’t a harmless prank. They ended up dying due to your actions. It doesn’t matter if you didn’t mean to kill them, the end result is that they slowly died over the course of 10 minutes.

You say: ”bri’ish space adapted chav with gigantism”. That’s not what happened. They ended up dying from your mutations. Specifically acid flesh and teleportation.

I didn’t change my mind, I am still of the idea this ban was completely deserved.

I’d like for another admin to weight in on the situation, for a second opinion.

Yeah, no. You completely deserved that ban. In fact, you got off REALLY lucky with 1 day, I would’ve given you 5 days for this. You should know better with your playtime.
