Offender’s CKEY: XDyou

LRP or MRP server: LRP

Offender’s In-Game Name: Senator Kim

Date (MM-DD-YYYY): 05/05/2020

Round ID: 15529

Rules Broken: 2,3,8

Incident Description: HoS (Senator Kim) joined and then executed me with no trial because I had advanced magboots as engineer during low pop and even took my headset so I couldn’t tell the crew, AI or call for help.

Additional information: I can’t just message the admin that locked it since seems locked incorrectly. He locked since he claimed it’s self antagging but rule 4 reads at the time of writing "Self-antagging includes damaging the station, attacking other players without a valid reason, and subverting the established chain of command as a non-antagonist role.

Griefing includes intentionally ruining the game by abusing ingame mechanics (exploits, force crashes/lag, spamming shuttle delay, ect.)

You may defend yourself against others in any way you are capable, but you must avoid escalating the situation if possible."

No mention of taking items like he locked it for, coulda read the MRP rules or smthn.

Taking antag objectives is self antag. Simple. If you take the captain’s antique laser gun without GOOD reason, you can get dinged for self antag.

steals AA and antag objective
gets executed
theatens to make a report Ic(whoich is against the rules)
cries

I took CE stuff to do an advanced SM (a pretty good reason and not mentioned as against the rules as the original thread was locked for), he shoots me on sight.

Theft

Common, easily replaced items can be stolen from another player without escalation to self antagonising behaviour and are an IC issue.

Uncommon items that can be quickly replaced should not be escalated to OOC, but if it is a direct inconvenience or they have no purpose to steal said item, it may be treated as self antag.

Rare or unique items such as the Wardens krav maga gloves, compact combat shotgun, or traitor objectives, are always self antagonising when stolen from someone or for no reason, unless there is an immediate purpose or need to steal said item. If the player cannot provide a valid reason, it is self antagonising behaviour. In the event the victim is walking around with it out, then it is not self antag if they are shoved over and drop it, unless they are actively using it and there is not a more pressing need for the tool.

Read the rulings page.

didn’t he say there wasn’t even a CE
I mean he shoulda asked cap to be promoted to acting CE
