Ban Reason: After being noted for botanist hyperdrugged produce, used a bunch more then disconnected

Appeal Reason:
It started off with me throwing omega-weed with liquid content and gasesous decomposition at chemistry because I felt wronged by them which In hindsight is a asshole move. So after that I was pm’ed by the admin and was told that It was too much to throw it at them like that as a form of vengeance which I completely understand and find valid.

So I stopped after being informed by the admin that I shouldn’t use it like that again, so I just kept it in my plantbag for self defence purposes.

So what happened next roughly is that HoS subjugated me and took me up to security, stripped me of most things expect the jumpsuit and then stuffed me into the bridge pod where another naked guy already was. Then both of us were stuffed into a locker, it was welded shut and the HoS i think made a wall or something blocking us into the pod.

So IC this set off warning signals to me since I thought I was just being arrested for throwing the omega-weed earlier which was perfectly reasonable for security to arrest me for but when the HoS just welds me in there in the locker, that felt very traitory to me so me and the other guy attempt our escape by getting out of the locker and our handcuffs.

We then use the intercom in the pod to alert the station of the current situtation and request help from someone. Help arrives in the form of a borg who recuse us by tearing the wall down that HoS had made. So me and the other guy try to wing it out of there but the HoS and another non-sec guy are around in security and spot us.

So right now I did not trust the HoS at all since I’d not like at all to be stuffed back into the pod or somewhere else for who knows how long. Not very fun at all and not all compelling to be caught by him again. So me and the other guy try to run around, dodge and so to find a way out of sec.

The other guy got killed Im fairly sure? Not 100% sure about that, all I mostly saw that he was down on the floor. I eventually get downed and handcuffed again but I saw my plant bags had not been taken away from where I was stripped.

So while the HoS and the other guy he had with him were talking I managed to break out of my handcuffs, rush over to my plant bags and get the plant bag containing the omega-weed I had made.
With the omega-weed I managed to subdue both the HoS and the other guy by bombing the ever-loving shit out of them with it. This occured throughout a large part of Sec since I was running while they were chasing me and I was throwing the omega-weed at them.

After that I reached the end of the main-hallway I think and the borg opened a door for me which lead to a room that had access to maintence so I promptly made my escape from the HoS who I was 100% convinced was a traitor that had to kidnap me or something.
The shuttle also arrived at this time so I made my way over to it so I could join the rest of the crew in escaping the station.

Then when I was on the shuttle again, I was beat up by the HoS and taken into the front room of the shuttle ( or what its now is called ). So since I was not trusting the HoS and didn’t feel safe being taken in there I did the only thing I could. I threw my omega-weed inside the shuttle control room to try and esacpe further back into the shuttle but this didn’t really work out since the door was so small and the door locked. Then from what I remember I got the everloving shit beat out of me and died on the shuttle.

After the round was over, message played and connection lost. I disconnected since I was about to get ready for work and didn’t have enough time to play the next round.

TL:DR
I agree with the admin and understand why the first time I threw the omega-weed was wrong and I admit to that.
I only disagree with the part that I used more in selfish or non-defensive situtations and that I disconnected during a round I guess?

ok but in all seriousness you probably should have Ahelped the HoS when he welded you into that locker and shit.

Logs aren’t very good, and are terrible at showing intent. All I had to go on were complaints of you throwing your botanist stuff again and a set of smoke logs showing that you had indeed thrown them.

@GameAdmin please give an opinion so I can resolve this.

I’m more confused at the fact there was previous interaction and was warned for doing the exact same thing, if anything I’d say a reduced server ban or a botanist job ban.

I rememberd now that I shadowplayed the part where I escaped from Security or most of it atleast.
After the previous interaction with whoever pmed me I had stopped throwing the omegaweed and I only threw it again after HoS did his hooky pooky spooky stuffy in locker with me and again when he assaulted me on the shuttle (only threw it inside the command room?)

That’s why I’m appealing, I find it completely valid that when I threw it at chemistry and later at Security when they tried to arrest for throwing it at chemistry that it was wrong since It’s way too powerful to be used in asuch a way and it bestows a fair bit of pain upon the players affected by it.

Not sure if you can die from too much omega-weed though? Probably.
