Appears to be an unfunny button press followed by some hand rubbing and “Yes fight for my amusement” resulting in unrelated players being round ended.

We have looked this over appropriately within the headmin team,
we have concluded that what happend, while not as bad could be, is less than ideal.
The administrator in question has been talked to and was apropriately admonished.
