Incident Description: This guy banned me DEAD IN THE MIDDLE of a fight for a non-serious law upload (which I could have changed in the nearest convenience) while I was killing a changeling, after patiently waiting 5 or 10 something minutes post-bwoink. This is a total abuse of power and completely nonsensical.

You were banned for something ban-worthy. It is not misconduct if their ban was timed poorly for your convenience - don’t do something ban worthy and then decide it’s time to meme the admin during the bwoink.

Would you have been upset if the ban occurred before you got into the fight?

This makes no sense. You got a dayban, so whether you being banned resulted in your in game death or not is irrelevant, because you would be unable to finish the round anyway.
