It sometimes doesn’t appear, i think its switched between another item and won’t appear if that item appears or something, i’ll go look at code though.

Here is the exact code line, it appears at more than 20 pop and won’t appear for ops or incursion mode. Still might appear for dynamic though. Has a 10 chance to appear in a surplus crate though which is nice (surplus is not null crate, it’s the crate from uplink)
