**Additional Information:**Admin contacted me about “tiding” because I broke into atmos and took an o2 tank, saying I can’t do that and bartender should not explore space, mind you I had EVA access and hop was supposed to set my job title as “space explorer” which he did after the fact, also I told admin I was going to fix the glass panel and I went back into the station to do that while I was on my way to fix the panel I got banned. I literally have a screenshot of my ID saying “Space Explorer” and the last screenshot before I got banned where im holding glass sheets in atmos halls on my way to fix the damage I did.

In current sage climate where after new rules dropped, admins try to enforce new standard and theres a lot of griefers because of green weekend - Yes
whats the point of sec if admins are going to ban anyone for doing anything then, It’s not like I said fuck off or something, I told him I was going to fix it if he said put the items back I would have done that as well, it was a very daft ban. I don’t go around fucking the station up and it didn’t hurt anyone, I don’t think it makes any sense that this deserves a ban. Plus on the ban it states I broke rules of not doing my job even though I changed it, and for breaking in theres literally the sec department

You can get air from o2 lockers or you can ask atmosian for one.

Now, allow me to break down the rule citations for you since you find your ban reason confusing.
-Rule 1 subsection 3: Ticket conduct: " 1. Do not harass or insult admins in a ticket."
Rule 1 section 3 was the reason this was a ban and not a note. After you brought up a previous instance where you filed a ticket that lead to a ban the subject of that ban appealed. Upon further investigation of the logs you, as a chaplain, had been involved in activities which I deemed to be in violation of rule 4 (Do not self-antag), which lead to the behavior that initially caused the ban. This is referred to as “ban baiting” you provoked someone into an action that would be acceptable if you were a valid target normally, and then ahelped and complained when that person did something that was fitting to your prior behavior. In short: that was already a resolved matter and if you have a problem with it you should make an appeal of that note.
MRP rule 2: No Powergaming. Spawning in as bartender, then taking the shotgun and wandering off on an adventure all the while collecting the things to help you without asking anyone (unless not asking someone would be inconvenient), in short prioritizing your own goal over interacting with other persons, as well as creating a hazardous environment for the rest of the players on the station that you were in the process of leaving behind.
MRP rule 3 subsection 2: “Non-antagonists are generally supposed to be doing their jobs. Breaks are fine, but do not completely ignore your department/obligations.” In short, you were, without asking a soul, going to fuck off into space without a god damned word to your superior officer, and in the process take up a job slot and a job unique item (the shotgun) from someone who might have otherwise had an enjoyable round on the station doing their job.
As well, while I was watching you you made no effort to fix, repair, or otherwise reconstruct any damage that you caused to either EVA storage, or atmos.
Finally: The overall reason why this isn’t a note? Simple. By breaking the ticket conduct and in short telling me that I was wrong for a decision I made on another case franky pissed me off. When I’m in a ticket talking to you about your conduct that’s the topic of discussion. Your conduct. Not someone else’s conduct from the day before.

On the case of “powergaming” the hazardous enviroment I left were 2 broken glass panels thats sure a big issue for the playerbase. And if you were actually watching me you would have seen that I was carrying a glass sheet going to atmos to fix stuff right at the moment of your ban(I also have the screenshot) , in case of “Doing your job” I changed my job, again something you can see in the screenshots I left on my prior reply.
And I dont know where do you get “going to fuck off into space without a god damned word to your superior officer” when theres literally a conversation of me talking to HoP about me changing my job and going to space, and him accepting that and giving me EVA access. If you’re attaching conversations you can also attach the last one I had with HoP, where he argued that he let me take EVA stuff and he didn’t understand why “gods” were mad at me and not at him for not changing my job title.
Besides that taking a shotgun in green shift isn’t a grave disaster for the station, and if it was so important I’m sure the HoP would have mentioned something about me leaving it behind because he also told me that I will no longer have bar access so he can hire a new bartender.
Finally on your final statement, you’re basically changing the whole reasoning for my ban, as far as I can see I was banned for breaking RP rules not for breaking ticket conduct.
You should respect Admins in tickets and their decisions, if you are not respectful you should expect punishment simply.
You also have the ability to play on Golden if you want for the day off.
With two concurrent opinions from other admins the appeal is denied.
