I acknowledge both of those points. I have shown improvements in my salt and toxicity management and I’m much more chill with IC consequences nowadays, even if someone super overescalates I’m usually fine with it unless is something like I slip you and you open my skull open as non antag, in which case I would ahelp

You have been excellent in onboarding and teaching new players. I think your answers to questions asked in the thread have been adequate.
The main issue I have is that, as staff, you represent us in other servers. I haven’t seen this much recently, but I saw issues before.
You need to be careful about the way you talk about people, both in that mentors must have a certain appearance, and it very recently lead to a lax where someone leaked mentor chats very casually.
I was not going to vote, but as Marsh is now retired, I will be replacing his vote with mine.

its nice to see you varo! i hope youre doing well. I see a lot of your time put in one job which kind of concerns me but that doesnt mean you cant do good with understanding code!

- You are not the only staff on the server, because that would be lonely, but another mentor already claimed a ticket which they dont seem very knowledgeable in, but you definately know the answer to. What do you do?

After the conclusion of the player report just closed, and seeing that you are still more or less dismissive of all negative feedback, I can no longer give a +1 in good conscience.

I do not feel at this time you are ready for mentor due to behavioral issues noted in your previous app and of current with the recent report against you.
I personally would like to see improvements with your gameplay and overall attitude towards others before I’d feel comfortable giving a +1
