Incident Description:
I observed very late into this round when shuttle was almost there so i might be missing a lot of context, i ahelped it at the moment but no admin was online

Basically i saw Mike Hall, a non antagonist explorer(i think that was his job) using a flamethrower in the middle of Arrivals on Fland Station, basically making the hallways hot or constantly with the fire-alarms

It seems he had a lot of issues with sec during that round based on how angry and toxic he was against them, he eventually perished against Captain who lethal’d him not before trying to lit him on fire (which didn’t do much because Captain had his suit)

He didn’t show up as an antagonist on the end of round, and i couldn’t check if he had a brainwash from Hivemind or something similar because a Morph ate his body so i couldn’t see any hud symbol

Regardless of that he acted very hostile, if i recall correctly he said a couple of ‘variations of ‘Fucking security’’ ‘‘I hope you all died’’, ‘‘Fuck you shitsec’’ and finally a ‘‘Fucking Tards’’

Whatever happened on that round between him and Command/Sec really made him lost his gear but he definetly went too far IMO.

So yeah, non-antag explorer flamethrowers the halls because he saw a murder happen outside, gets apprehended by security and reacts violently plus acts very toxic. Rather clear violation of Rules 2, 7 and 9.
