Incident Description:
The three individuals, throughout the round, wanted to put smoke machines in various areas with varying amounts of chloral hydrate, and (from what I saw) about 85u of Mindbreaker Toxin. None were antags, one was a VIP, and the two others were assistants.
Additional Information:
Beepsky was about to arrest ROBert at one point and Cyber saved him from it, so this is why he is also being included. I am, as of this moment, unaware if Cyber actively participated, however he heavily helped ROBert.
