Incident Description: i observed the round and late rnoticed the chaplain in question hack into security for unknown reason. i then noticed he has a full toolbelt, insulated gloves and a full brute medikti aswell as burn medikti in his duffelbag on his back. there were no confirmed threats or the like. he also later broke into the sec outpost of medical to steal a radio ( as in a normal radio no headset).

Additional Information: he also printed a lot of the gun thats pushes or pulls peopel and used them but this i am willingly to not see as a issue as there was nothgin really gogin on and the crew seemed to have fun and if soemthgin happend it was kept IC

Also according to adamantite Humus he and max talked abotu validhutning Ic but i cant confirm thats.
