Which was pain of the wrong kind

This sounds like two issues in one.

First of all a Captain on MRP should be held to the highest standard of roleplay, rushing a lawchange for the memes does not sound like even a mediocre standard of roleplay.

Secondly, forcing silicon players into sexually questionable behavior sounds particularly bad considering the current stance on erotic content.

Here are some key notes of what I see when looking at the above logs.

• AI guiding the CE to secure the disk
• Captain dicking around with the AI’s laws.
• Generally not the best RP from the captain.

Overall I’d say that this is likely, if anything, going to wind up being a captain/RD ban due to the law fuckery since that seems particularly cringy, especially forcing the AI to flirt with the crew. I’ll leave a message on the associated ckey and await a response.
