Appeal Reason: Ok so I was doing botany work I had killer tomatoes ready and I was planning to raid caps den very late into the round since it was traitor I assumed there were others with similar if not the same objectives. right as I’m growing the killer tomatoes the station starts blowing up , i still go out to get my obj then rush to shuttle surprise the whole area is fucking decimated and the gun and locker are gone so it was basically as if my obj were gone so i just was like lemme just survive on shuttle for beecoins my dumbass placed tomato’s in the vents prior which attacked some random and i became valid because the other botanist who i tried to get rid of (he was actively screwing botany by spawning monkos then punching them and running away resulting in me getting attacked) reported me on suspicion and ahead said on Comms Killer tomatoes about at 3Mins of shuttle so i just went to shuttle wanting to guarantee i actually don’t get killed i placed some tomatoes down as guards for me i got into some altercations where a gang of people all had weaponry were chasing me so I attacked first in that regard it was pretty obvious their intent was to kill me considering i bumped into one of them and they didn’t pass through(Harm intent acts like a body blocker) so i then killed them. which resulted in more peeps coming for me one of which was the RD the same guy who spoke on comms about me with a welding tool, I was playing as a plant human so if he had landed first hit I would be fucked guarantee the other was a miner who I bumped into when he was chasing me and so I attacked him first ok lemme rephrase this Miner, RD, and a random engine that was the order I was in after I got rid of them all an alien came with a stunning tool so I knocked him out and made sure he was dead since he was technically an antag. about afterward no one else came up to me with harm intent enabled with an obvious weapon or attacked me so I just chilled in the shuttle and got my 3rd objective like planned.

Right now i won’t lie very tempted to throw shade at pixelman77 from yesterday which I will post BUT don’t send hate I’m simply posting it just to show this I meant to make a CW prior but never got around to it.

the gorilla was cleaning the medbay since they wanted to do some RP. they then saw you were stuck in cryo and tried to help you out. borg saw this and tried to stop the gorilla for possible human harm. after some talk they get a monkey to help you out. and as we all see, they bring you out and you are alive and well

Thats not what happened plus gorilla was infecting people prior to going into medbay and wasnt considred human. what happened from when i was knocked out was cyborg opened cell and gorilla punched me once and my leg got ripped off then they close it back and reactivated it(i was wearing anti infect clothing) im pretty sure i asked for logs from when i was in the cryo and you literally canceled my ticket
yes i was traitor the whole time at the end it appeared there were also blood brothers about 6 of them in total there were 12 antags a lot of time objectives contradict each other where random chances give a blood brother the same obj as another blood brother or even traitor which is what happened

You were traitor, you had 0 objectives complete. You mass spam tomatoes in halls as your bodyguards. Then you kill 5 guys in the shuttle:
1 was abductor and he was approaching you with a baton so this one is fine
3 of them were CLOSE to you and you attacked them because you thought they would attack you first, only 1 of them self defensed and the 2 others didn’t even lay a finger on you.
1 was some poor guy who was critted on the ground
i didnt kill anyone in the shuttle i killed 3 people and as you stated the alien doesnt count so it is 3 people entierly i have no idea who the poor guy is
Not to mention the chance of someone having me obj as i stated when i went to grab the shit it was all missing
My bad on the month ban. I misread pixels request for auth and gave a month under the pretense that you were not an antag. Regardless of it is decided to be lifted or not, it should be reduced to a shorter antag ban only. I’ll let the appeal play out though to see if there is a defense against any rulebreaking.
