You were kicked off the server for saying lewd sentences that related to our no ERP Rule and to add to that you were also racist.
I am not sure why you think the rules weren’t as strict as you thought they are very clear on our rules page Rule 2.3 and Rule 2.6.
Another thing I would like to point out is we are not an 18+ server, we cater for minors. If you want to go and do anything ERP please go to a containment server.
My input on the appeal - I believe it should be denied.
During this round you were also racist and bypassed the filter (with the same word that you were warned against before).
While I have no reason not to believe you that it wasn’t meant to be sexual, you definitely broke the rules.
I am fine with changing this ban to 30 days, but remember the second ERP related ban will be unappealable
edit: I was pointed to some logs that I’ve missed and they were pretty straight forward.
I don’t believe you didn’t mean anything sexual with it and what you said was very inappropriate.
With the new found evidence I am going to deny this appeal.
