Incident Description: Non-antag clown kept making amogus jokes, also got the honkmother staff and used it to stun people constantly, even during red alert evac after the SM teslaloosed.

Additional Information: Usual clown shittery.

I’ve looked into this and found honky doing some major pranking on red alert with honk staff, superlube and general tomfoolery involving security, which should not be done on red alert as obstructing security at that moment can be considered self-antag.
Honky has received a warning to not be on a Slippery Slope.
