Ban Reason:
Original was Light ERP, later again due to evasion.
Appeal Reason:
I understand the reason for the evasion ban and I shouldn’t have evaded, However looking at the other appeals for ERP after being told my reason was erp really made me feel like I had absolutely no hope for getting an unban. I dont believe what I did was erotic, I might have made some jokes but I never was planning on doing any erp or anything serious. I understand now that even the most minor of jokes can be considered ERP and I will not do that again. I’ll keep it strictly ingame.

I would have not done it if I knew it was against the rules, I read the rules and I still thought what I was saying was okay, So I do apologize for it, and also evading my ban. I wont try to evade any more or do anything I’ll respect the judgement given, I just feel as if I was was unjustly treated. If I do end up getting unbanned like I said, i’ll keep everything strictly RP.

Additional Information:
Once again, Im sorry for what I did wrong. If you give me another chance I promise I will not do it again.

Ban evasion and ERP? That’s both of our zero tolerance policies at the same time! I had only heard about the ERP side of it.

You would be correct - there is not much of a chance for your appeal without getting a vouch from another server

Here is the entire extent of the ERP’ing.
I was the one who issued the ban, really if it was only me i wouldn’t have banned him for this much.
But the zero tolerence policy and the fact that someone ahelped it i couldn’t let it slipped.

I would like to give them another chance though.

Bruh, Even if for some reason we let you go on the ERP, ban evading with another Ckey only an hour after you get permabanned makes me think you don’t respect our servers enough to actually appeal before trying something this stupid.

I agree with Ruko, come back when you have a vouch from a reputable server.

It had nothing about respect, I was told to appeal. I looked at every appeal for that had ERP in it, and pretty much every signle one of them got denied. I didnt think I ERP’d but that didnt matter. All the mattered is that you guys thought I did.

I was wrong and I am sorry, I shouldn’t have Ban Evaded. I play on the server every day and I try my best to respect the admins. I just didnt think i was treated fairly when I was banned in the first place.

I’d lower the perma ban over ban evasion.

There are no logs for the round so other than the screenshot I don’t know entirely what was said.

Up to @MrEloda to decide on the ERP stuff.

Well even at the time i thought it wasn’t such a big deal in that case.
I’m happy that a majority agrees on that.
I will probably just remove the ban since he already hasn’t been playing for 8 days.
