I think I’m plenty calm now, but I won’t be closing this now - simply stating everything that happened so that I can get feedback from other admins. I’ll pull actual logs tomorrow when I wake up.
Right, lets start from the beginning.
You joined and rolled Changeling if I recall, and got killed and gibbed by the man who was wearing the Syndicate hardsuit later. After dying and disconnecting, you rejoin on the CKEY Kaka1488 which is already starting to cause my admin senses to tingle.
After your unfortunate death and disconnection and rejoin, I look at the CKEY and examine your player; surprise surprise, your IP and CID are the exact same as TheSecretSlavs, and the first thing you do is run up to the person who killed you and kill them.
Moving on, lets discuss this part.
I have a very, VERY hard time believing that considering the conversation we had in the adminhelp between me and you when I inquired. I told you in no uncertain terms that you could either fess up or maintain your stance, and that if I found you lying, you WOULD be punished.
This is the actual ahelp log. If I recall correctly, immediately after you said “No, I’m not TheSecretSlav but I know he’s a mentor here. I’m Russian so it may be an issue with the IP detector.” As I said, I’ll pull actual logs tomorrow.
Every single word you say has to be taken with such an extreme grain of salt simply because you chose to lie, and then you continue to lie now - if you genuinely didn’t realise how bad it was, then why would you completely ignore what I was telling you in ahelps and decide “Damn, the Head Admin is telling me that this is bad, but its totally not an issue because I don’t remember it as one, especially to evade death. I’ll also go ahead and immediately valid this guy who killed me because he’s wearing a Syndicate hardsuit.”
That sounds far more like you’re justifying your actions after you did them compared to using that as your reason for attacking them.
I would like to reinforce that this isn't my official statement or anything; I'd just like the admins to know the actual situation at hand rather than you saying that you didn't know how bad it was.
TL;DR - You directly lied in adminhelps about it, maintain that you didn’t realise it wasn’t that bad despite the fact that I directly told you just how bad it was in no uncertain terms, and also just so happened to immediately single out the person who gibbed you beforehand and then kill them for having a Syndicate Hardsuit.
I’m going to sleep and let admins give their input on it, then pull logs for tomorrow so I can better argue my position, along with getting all the screencaps I need.
Not to mention you admitted to doing it on other servers.
