I guess committing suicide warrants a 2 day ban? why not remove the suicide command and remove being able to chop your own head off in a guillotine if we are banning people for 2 days after killing themselves in-game? Why not a note/warning or even realizing this isnt a hrp server???
same with this might as well perm ban the person if you are gonna ban them for 6 months this being the first thing they ever did wrong. also while people get away with worse consistently
There is a very big difference between accidentally blowing some place up and max capping part of the station knowing full well it’s against the rules and yet doing it anyway.
if it was griefing he would’ve bombed something more important than that I suspect plus I suspect bloons isnt a griefer anymore despite being labled as one here
If you play only to be antag and leave the round when you don’t get it, you aren’t contributing to the game and shouldn’t be queuing for the round.
If you join the round and leave because you didn’t get the job you wanted - fix your preferences. Don’t leave after removing a different job slot. The game only forces you into a different job if you have that enabled, and you are expected to do the job you’re assigned to the best of your abilities.
Sage is a roleplay server my dude, there are other reasons that have already been stated, but why would a really obnoxious meme like HOP line suicide be ok on the roleplay server? It’s also just a two-day server ban, so they can go to Golden and suicide all they want.
It never ceases to amaze me when people get salty about the rules being enforced on Sage when Golden is right there with half the rules.
Because they probably made their leave immediately after suicide, due to being bored/needing to go. Straight up going ssd is better, becaue you can at least move the guy to cryo.
im not saying cryo is worse im saying warnings are a thing instead of instantly banning someone which would not be very inviting to ever join beestation again. Im thinking they should be less harsh to shit like this unless it has been done multiple times (ie true negligence, malintent etc), they probably didn’t know that and a simple warning would be better.
Hes not gonna see the warning unless he is expecting it after he left, and he doesnt, or else the ban is even more so warranted. A ban however, is very noticeable and loud and clear.
