Ban Reason: As EMT, Gondola-meated an already bucklecuffed scientist “Because he seemed like a troublemaker” rather than just bringing them to security. You obviously need time to read the server rules and cool down, you have several notes for overescalation. Auth: Llol111
Appeal Reason: As defined by 4. No Self-Antagging or Grief
Self-antagging includes damaging the station, attacking other players without a valid reason, and subverting the established chain of command as a non-antagonist role.
Griefing includes intentionally ruining the game by abusing ingame mechanics (exploits, force crashes/lag, spamming shuttle delay, ect.)
You may defend yourself against others in any way you are capable, but you must avoid escalating the situation if possible.
Gondola meating a scientist does not fit the description of griefing, attacking another player, or subverting the chain of command. It also does not stop their gameplay as they can continue play as a gondola. On top of that in the description why it has left out my defense and only quoted part of what I stated.
Additional Information: The scientists came into the bar where I was cooking with the chef, we made raw gondola cutlet meat bread, which I cut up into pieces. The scientist picked a fight with a sec officer and was arrested. He was dragged away, he then showed back up cuffed, he asked me to uncuff him, I instead dragged him and buckled him to the bed, I then fed him gondola meat and took him back to sec where I explained he was an escaped criminal. Afterward he picked a fight with an assistant who had a chainsaw arm (not a very smart greyshirt), I shot him with morphine and dragged him to the front of med and left him there. At least 30min later I get an ahelp message about turning multiple people into gondolas, now I only force fed a single individual gondola meat, everyone else would have knowingly ate the meat the chef and I prepared, to which the lizardman chef thought was a hilarious idea, the admin and I had a back and forth for around five minutes to which my last reply was “no I forcefed him the gondola meat and then took him to sec, because he seemed like a trouble maker.” The admin then said nothing back and banned me without warning. If anything I am guilty of a hilarious prank that turned a self antaging greyshirt into a harmless gondola, otherwise everyone else should have been aware that eating raw gondola meat turns one into a gondola, I will also mention during this round med was blown up by unknown causes and I valiantly saved three people who were killed by pod cloning them as the cloning machine had been destroyed, I say when weighed against the harmless prank which is not defined as antaging I have not only proven my innocence, but also absolved myself of any undefined-antaging. Also I have not played on Beestation for quite some time now so previous escalations should be noted with that in mind, otherwise I brought several people to med during that round who had been injured or captured by the abductors and experimented on.
