Incident Description: I was observing the round, and after the blob threat, i had noticed Kane’s name on his ID had been altered slightly to make it rather blatantly explicit.

Additional Information: I’m not really sure how or when this happened since i had only noticed it during the blob fight.

Kane here, I’ve lost my original id via pda bombing, some head issued me this as replacement. didn’t notice my new id name by the time i was on the shuttle.

I’ve investigated and found that Kane Semenov’s ID has been unknowingly to them altered by the HoP to create a sexual reference out of a last name that previously had none.
They’ve been issued a warning to not repeat this in the future.
