Stealthy antag toggle

I’ll keep this simple.

The suggestion: Adds a toggle option that, when enabled, makes sure you don’t get assassination, glorious death or hijack objectives as an antagonist (unless it’s mandatory for the role).

Why it should be implemented: Because some players don’t like killing or may not feel like doing it for the round, but anyone can appreciate a good antagonist.

How it would affect the game: Not at all at first glance. It would definitely have no negative effects - maybe covert antags would be slightly more frequent.

Terminology issue. An edit has been made.

In my opinion, pretty cool idea as an option, clearly no negative effects and probably will barely affect the round.
