Absolutely abhorrent suggestion, but yes.

Also it should realistically have 3stages(pregnancy has 3 trimesters) or 4 if you want a separate stage for the birthing process.

Nah just use the chest burster animation from the xenos but dont gib them. Its about the same amount of blood and viscera as a live birth.
