Sparky's Slime Handbook 3: Killing a xenobiologist

You cant teleport objects there only if your with them plus you don’t know what type of core is in them so they could teleport away or just kill you. If your fighting their clones it will be like a zombie hoard you will eventually die or will be revealed as antag

for not being able to send objects into the pocket dimension, there’s always an expendable greyshit around, or use it as a flashy execution for another prisoner

as for built in luminescants
they have a fuckin long cooldown so if they used them during the fight you have time to execute them
lets go through all the luminescant effects anyone would use in combat
Grey: Spawns a passive slime
Orange: Smoke and/or pepperspray smoke if they wait longer. You use pepperspray yourself. You SHOULD be immune to it
Purple: Pure healing, can’t escape cuffs
Metal: Woop de doo

Yellow: EMP on long cooldown. Bring a shotgun
Dark purple: The first actually dangerous one, but if they do this and it catches they’re fucked too
Dark blue: cool air, woop de do
Silver: even if they spawn a gatfruit what are they gonna do with it, they’re cuffed/stunned

Bluespace: Actually problematic, as they can just bail to wherever, but if you took off their bag they’re mostly powerless when they arrive and need to rebuild while you track them down
Sepia: Is a channel, so you need to keep them moving to avoid it.
Cerulean: Nope
Pyrite: nope

Red: Makes slimes agressive. What slimes?
Green: Just removes your luminescant power. What were you expecting?
Pink: Pacifies other creatures. Not people.
Gold: Is a channel, keep em moving

Oil: Could be used to slip them, but that’s about it
Black: turn self into slime. wat do
Adamantine: become golem. what now
Light pink: spawns an item you can’t use

Rainbow: nothing lol

The only dangerous core is bluespace as long as you keep them moving, which you should anyway, and thats only a retreat. Besides, being lumi means giving up the resistances and benefits of other races.

If you steal their bag, they’re still fucked.

As for the clone horde problem… yeah that’s kinda fucked. If you can hit them with a syringe of mutation toxin i think you just win, but that’s a xenobio thing. Either way unless they’re a xenobio changeling it’s either gonna be a rush of easily slappable clones or you kill the main body and you have all their gear

Besides, the point of this thread wasn’t “this is the one simple trick that will end all xenobiologists forever” it’s “stop whining that theres no counterplay, because there is, and here it is”

also clones got capped to ten, so you only need to cut down ten of them.

also also this is assuming you’re fighting xenobio as security, and they’re prepared.
