   Incident Description: Basically, he was chasing me through entire station - nearly killed me at first time, but CMO healed my ass - just because I seeped to his kitchen. That's all, that was the reason to kill me. He had no reason to kill me, yet he did that.

Seems to be a pretty simple case of over-escalation.

Kutanoid climbs into the kitchen to try and gib an assistant's head. He then runs away and spagetti chases him with a bar stool. Spagetti is never harmed by Kutanoid, but still follows and puts him to -203.7 damage with a barstool

Now for the fun part though

I have very high confidence that SPAGHETTIBOI69 is a ban evade account for thespaghettisauceslasher. SPAGHETTIBOI69 is an account with only 2 hours, the account being created 5 days after thespaghettisauceslasher was banned. EDIT: Actually thinking about it, the ban evade account was created the same day that the ban appeal/reduction to 30 days was finalized and closed.

thespaghettisauceslasher was banned and has a history of the same thing that happened in this report. Hugely excessive over-escalation. It is self-antag with the weakest of excuses to kill. thespaghettisauceslasher is currently banned for “Murdered someone for insulting his mother”. That ban was reduced to 30 days, however it is still in effect.

Both players act and speak nearly identically, the hyper over-escalation being the very same rule broken in the same style. Also, the idiot chose to ban evade and used spaghetti in his evade account. Big smooth brain.

Both accounts will be perma banned for the report, repeat rule breaking, and ban evasion.

Account was dis proven to be a ban evade account. They came forth to clear TheSpaghettiSauceSlasher’s name. Still probably a griff boi, but an honorable act deserves a little mercy. Reducing ban to a week.
