my point is he must have been in the process of getting banned and in that moment is making an account get’s in instantly after he gets banned and then the same admin sees that this is a fake account to be able to have this timey wimey bullshit.

So in general I am conflicted a bit on it. This is the first time I have ever banned someone without being 100% certain. Metacomms, metagrudge, and ban evasion are things that you cannot absolutely prove without a confession or a very obvious mistake. My reasoning on it is what I posted in the player report.

• Original account banned/appealed on Apr 11
• Ban evade account was made on Apr 14, so not the same day like I thought, but suspiciously close
• The ban evade account only has 2 hours
• The 3-5 word typical speech cadence is identical (other than caps lock)

As far as the name thing, I wouldn’t put it past someone in this community to be so chad and feel so protected by our banning standards and ban evasion techniques to use a hyper similar CKEY. All of this combined is why I stepped outside of a normal confidence zone and banned for it.

I’ll really need admin opinions on this one however. There is no clear cut answer.
