Ban Reason: Borderline ERP, injected someone with morphine in a fight. Kidnapped them, stripped them and wanted them to be their femboy slave, and said that they loved them. Appeal on the forums. Auth: Bloons3

Appeal Reason: I want to play on the server again. There were no intentions of actual ERP. It was a joke.

Additional Information: We both got arrested by sec after they busted in to save him.

You knew this was gonna happen, and you know ERP bans are not appealable, why did you do this in the first place if you would just end up regretting it later?

I honestly didn’t think the admins would take this as actual ERP. There was no erotic content other than calling the dude a femboy. I’m pretty sure I never said slave.

I got two weeks for doing something similar in MRP and considering that this was on the literal hellscape known as LRP I honestly don’t understand why this is a perma. Nobody reasonable would actually think that this is erotic.

Hey SomeDingus, how are you. I understand that your intentions were a joke, but drugging a person with morphine, and stripping and then sleeping with them, while both of you were naked is unacceptable. I know that you didn’t ERP with him, but the actions you were doing were pushing to the limit. You also said creepy things such as calling them your femboy, saying that you loved them, and such. I understand that you didn’t say “femboy slave”(my bad, it was my femboy), it was still creepy regardless. You were pushing it, and once again I know that you think it was a joke, it is still unacceptable for what you have done. I might be willing to lift your ban, but you should understand that regardless of you joking or not. That it was borderline ERP, and that you should read the rules next time; however, I am going to wait for further admin input on this.

If the alleged incident was not ERP as you claim, I would very much like to see the full chat log before I agree with that.

As far as I’m aware I cannot access chat logs. It’s been almost 2 weeks and there has been nothing but radio silence.

Alright, so here are the logs from the round, the stuff you said was creepy, and you were harassing the guy even when security rescued him from you. Saying stuff about taking him to your ERP layer, make him your femboy, and generally just being creepy and borderline sexual. As well, there was 2 reports including one from the victim themselves stating that you stripped them naked, and you slept in bed with them. Here are the logs for that.

Even though this isn’t all of the logs involving you and Jeff, it still shows a corroboration of what they said. Despite you borderline ERPing, and was acting creepy towards someone. I might reduce your ban from a permanent ban to a temporary ban that will last till August 14. As a one month ban, from July 14th to August 14th. Only if you understand that the actions you have commited were wrong, and that you will give a proper reading of the rules to prevent any future incidents of this; however, I will wait for further admin response.

The way he talks in this makes it sounds like he was literally planning to rape the other player. This is so much worse than what I imagined.

Reducing it to 1 month is very generous, but I am willing to stand by the decision, although if I ever see this happening again I will opt for a permaban with no chance to appeal.

Alright, after some further discussion and looking through your logs. I feel that this appeal should be denied rather than giving you a temporary ban for the following reasons. First off, the actions that you have committed towards that player was leaning towards rape as shown with the logs. As well, looking over your notes and bans. You managed to rack a lot of them in a short amount of time under an 80 hour account including this permanent ban. I feel for the betterment of the community, and the player base, as stated again that this appeal is denied for the following reasons above

There was literally no ‘Roleplay’ involved. The whole ERP thing was a joke playing on the fact that ERP is stupid.
