**Ban Reason:**1)Turned themselves into a monkey and began attacking other players with His Grace after it was dropped by an antag. 1 day ban for each person wrongfully killed.
2)Repeatedly turns themselves into a monkey roundstart on MRP and uses it as an excuse to graytide. On MRP you must do your job. Appeal this ban on the forums.
Appeal Reason: Lets start from 2). Sometimes when i get bored, i roll assistant and turn myself into monkey because its funnier and makes interactions with people hilarious ( like when sec wants to capture you to play music for them, or you switch places with bartenders pet). But i always do that as an assistant. I literally never monkied myself when i got a proper job ( like geneticist for example). Every time i wanna go primal, geneticist just lets me in and watches me do my thing. I honestly dont understand why i got unrelated job ban.
Time for 1). I monkied myself round start and wanted to become monkey chef. I was heating some donks, when a crazed chaplain in blood red suit just waltzed in with his grace and started bonking people around. When he started chasing after the captain, i intervened. I disarmed him and killed him with his own weapon as a hard dab. Captain congratulated me, gave me the medal, shook my hand all was peaches and cream. Until i noticed a red text, saying that now i am the feeder of his grace. I threw the toolbox away, but i kept loosing health and red texts were popping up saying stuff like " you need to feed his grace or his hunger will consume you" or " you feel weak after you toss away his grace, his influence is still strong" . I kinda panicked and ahelped with " I got his grace" hoping some admin was watching this and would explain what the hell was going on ( despite long hours i used his grace like 2 times before, never picking it up from an antag). I waited for a bit, but when i didn’t get any response and the blood thirst level was at 82 i decided to kill a monkey in the bar. Then people started yelling in the comms that monkey ( me ) is killing with his grace, and i genuinely believed that now i am bound to this toolbox, and i need to murderbone like chap. I killed a few people and then got eaten by his grace. I stayed in the deadchat for a few minutes and then dced to go to sleep. It was a genuine blunder regarding game mechanics i dont think i deserve this ban.
Additional Information: This whole shebang happened in 15 minutes,
preceded by my ahelp and i didnt even get bwoinked before the shadowban. Smh.
I think the best course of action was to take the Fat L and space yourself along with his grace or something, that’s one quick-on-feet way to solve this issue
gimmicks have always been welcome, I doubt wanting to be monkee chef were part of “turns self to monkey” ban.
Did you got messaged by the admin as to why you were murderboning with his grace as antag or no?
To be honest i didnt even think about spacing myself. I guess thats a problem solver, yet you dont see people spacing themselves when they start to become a zombie, or get infected with a monkey virus.
Well i am sure that the job ban is a mistake. A few days ago i was bwoinked for monkeying myself, and the admin was dead sure that i was a geneticist that abandoned his job ( which i wasnt, like i state before i only do this when i am assistant).
I didnt get messaged by any admin. I stuck around in the deadchat after all this, talking with the players i killed and most of them reinforced my belief that indeed, picking up his grace turns you into a murderboning antag.
I literally tried to ahelp that ( i know that the ahelp was cryptic but ahelp button was locked after is send that message so i could explain properly). I didnt even get bwoinked just shadowbaned. Also there are a shit ton of events and items that turn you into an antag : conversions, wish granters, viruses, possessions, Bubblegum drops, brainwashing, experimental surgeries done by abductors. The game literally spammed me with red texts saying i should feed his grace and if i wont i will be killed. Why shouldn’t i consider His Grace as antag conversion item in the heat of the moment? Even in deadchat nothing was explained to me.
The 4 day ban for killing 4 people with an antag item seems reasonable, because even though it was a mistake it was a mistake that got 4 people killed. However, not bwoinking you about it at all and letting you think it was ok is bad form. Did they ever bwoink you for being a monkey?
This is actually really reasonable, and probably could do well from an admin ruling. The item itself is specifically ruled to allow for murderbone, and the big red flavor text is considered extremely paramount for things like IAA and Posibrains. Especially on the roleplay server, ignoring all the huge fucking cravings and warnings that you will die if you don’t feed it seems counterintuitive. Would love some admin feedback on this.

This kinda makes your next actions self defense when they came to kill you right? Like yes you thought you had to kill, but your reasoning wasn’t entirely “I have to kill” because they came at you.
I monkied like 5/6 times in the previous weeks before the ban. I was only bwoinked once because admins mistook me for another geneticist that monkied the same round. After I explained that they pinged the wrong guy, my ticket was resolved and all was good. Also in the rounds before, admins even gave me human voice to defend myself verbally against sec arrest ( that was the round when I was kidnapped to be hos pet playing on guitar). I was ( and still am) in the impression that greytider monkeying himself to spice things up ( especially not committing antagonist acts) is totally fine.
In the baning round i didnt recieve a single bwoink regarding monkeying or his grace.
Hello, I did notice you ahelped to say you had gotten ahold of His Grace, but you were already DCed by the time I saw that. I started handling tickets rather late in this round due to it being around 6 AM for me so I was starting to zone out a little.
Regarding the job ban, that was my mistake not actually double checking the manifest to see that you in fact started as an assistant, meaning job banning you from genetics is pretty unnecessary.
While it is not equally as bad to turn yourself into a monkey voluntarily as an assistant, it is still not really a gimmick we want to see constantly repeated from the same player on MRP.
Regarding the murders with His Grace, you should have understood it would not be okay for a non-antag to use it to murderbone. If you get cursed by it as a non-antag when you pick it up, unfortunately the only correct solution is to get yourself cloned or similar.
You attacked a total of 6 players with it, killing 5, one of which was the Chaplain who originally bought it. Being banned for 24 hours per each player wrongfully killed is a standard measurement for these types of bans.
Considering your intentions and the fact you actually tried ahelping, I will reduce the server ban length by 24 hours, down to a 3 day ban.
And about the job ban, since it does not serve much purpose in this case, will be changed to a note regarding your repeated gimmick of turning into a monkey as an excuse to graytide. I hope you find some other gimmick to use in the future instead of trying to play out rounds as a monkey on MRP.
Turning yourself into a monkey is fine as an assistant, I feel. Considering you can turn back with simple consumption of mutadone.
If that was possible IRL some people would legit do it. And as long as he can do some sort of useful job, I don’t think NTN will much care.
Greytiding should be handled the same regardless of whether he is a man or a monke.

Hehe…once. I was on Russ Money’s server and I was infected by a zombie, so I told everyone that I had to get away from them and spaced myself. The other time I got facefucked by an alien and to protect them I ran out into space. The alien ended up chewed by a space carp.
Hmm. Well, to sum up my opinion - don’t bonk him just for becoming monke as an assistant but if he uses it to greytide and overall powergame make a note to bonk him extra hard.
