Appeal Reason:
I had posted the CBT copypasta in OOC before the round had started on sage, there are no rules against posting things like that in OOC, and in other cases of similarly related stuff are completely fine, I do not think this is a fair reason to be perm banned from sage, a warning would have been fine as I didn’t know this was against the rules, I didn’t even get bwoinked for it.
Additional Information: (apparently having medium playtime on mrp is a bad thing despite having played on beestation itself for about 6ish months and I try to follow the rules as much as Ican, I was also banned in the middle of the round without warning)
You posted CBT twice which is erotic.
As per rule number 3 on MRP:
No erotic content is to be posted OOC or IC as the server contains minors. This rule is a zero-tolerance rule and will be met with an unappealable permanent ban from both servers. We may or may not share the logs so others can laugh at you. Go to a containment server if you want to ERP.
Edit: Also you are perma banned from both servers, and that’s because you have few hundreds of hours played on Bee, you should know better.
Rules are rules - We expect players to read up on them especially if they have a decent amount of playertime.
i did not post it to ‘erp’, i posted it as a joke, what happens to the people that put those classic erp copypastas (lusty xenomorph maid, woodys got wood) in books or in an announcment? usually nothing, because it is a joke, not wanting erp. there is a shit ton of other things that happen in ooc that are similar if not the exact same, and not once have i seen someone get banned for copypasta, actual erp yes, copypasta no.
People have been banned for erotic copypastas, we have a zero policy rule on it.
You have to remember a decent majority of our playerbase are minors - we are not an 18+ server.
but what happens to people who use slurs (the nword etc) in every other sentence? thats somehow allowed while copypasta isnt?
We don’t have 24/7 coverage as admins, so there might be cases that are not permabanned, simply because we can’t see everything. You did break the rule twice.
People who use slurs are usually dealt with quite swiftly on Sage as per Golden we do not have the use of slurs banned.
The banning of copypastas was for multiple reasons including the fact our playerbase is not 18+ and that we don’t want to expose players especially minors to it.
on all my time of being on lrp and sage and before the 2 servers even existed i have seen lots of copypasta, and not once have i seen someone get banned for it, not even once. and yet i get banned for it, there was someone else who also posted the exact same copy pasta right after mine, and yet they are not banned, which is why I think its unfair

It’s the players responsibility to keep updated with the rules and to obide by them, you read the clause posting WGW leads to a permaban on both servers.
The thing is, it doesn’t matter if somebody did something in the past, because Lex retro non agit, you broke the rule that is here, and it’s all that matters.
i was looking through bans to see ones that are similar to mine,
yes I do realize that I have more hours, but I did not realize this could be a permban, maybe because I had forgotten or did not see that specifically, but I thought it was ok to do it as I’ve seen others do it that don’t get banned, I do apologize and I will keep this in mind and refrain from talking about nsfw topics/copypasta etc if the ban ever gets shortened or removed.
As no erotic content is allowed, and Headmin already responded to you, I will deny this. Try appealing in few months, although it most likely will not be successful. Closing this.
Edit: You have like 400 hours and you’ve been already noted for similar stuff.
