Ban Reason: Part of the cargonia incident accquired weapons and AA, fought against sec and killed cap during the mutiny

Appeal Reason: That’s a very werd ban. Alright, let’s start from beginning. I join game late, about 40m in, get to cargo and see another qm ( promoted by hop). They both yelling something about cargonia and whatever. I ignore it, and instead start making money by building bz farm in aux base.
20 mins later i made cargo rich and when captain come to cargo i asked him if i can buy russian crates for fancy russian uniforms ( battlecoats look great). He says yes. I also get permission from hop, who was there. Several time in fact. I noticed naked and cuffed captain, in back room with hop and guckle but what am i supposed to do? It’s between captain and hop ( who was real hop, not ling or impostor). So I order crates, start unloading it and suddenly security start killing everyone in cargo. Well, i just hide myself in cargo shuttle and was waiting until only 2 people left alive - captain and another sec. So i go to Ung and start asking what the hell even happened and telling him that i never did anything. What do i hear then? SEC! KILL HIM! KILL HIM TOO! YES THAT GUY, I WANT HIM DEAD. So sec officer started shooting at me, i was well, not in the mood of dying so i grabbed gun from opened crate ( i had NO ACCESS besides what normal QM has, so all crates were opened by SEC and CARGO with aa during fight). After shuttle left station (!) i said fucked and shoot goddamn Ung ( captain ) who by the way, also tried to lethal me. I shot both him and sec officer, and healed(!) sec officer and offered him to go to medbay. Ung ghosted as soon he was in crit, so even if wanted to help him i could not do it anyway. And round ended.

So please tell me where i broke cargonia rules? Yes, russian crates have weapon inside, which is why i asked both my boss (hop) and captain for permission to buy them. No, crates were not bought privately with budget card and without aa i could not open them anyway. Not to mention i earned all money for those crates myself, without using budgets or bounties.

Additional Information: Pretty much everything i said should be in logs and is easy to check. But really, 7 day ban for self deference? What was i supposed to do? Let sec and captain kill me for no reason? I tried to explain to Ung that i had nothing to do with that mess ( i was busy with bz farm most of the time anyway). But you killed captain instead of critting him! Well, mosin is lethal weapon and only weapon i had besides…ugh…hands. Against sec who was dual wielding mosins or captain who had his laser gun, yea. And shuttle left station at this point too.

That round was a shitshow of hop and qm being complete shitters from what i have heard, so you know. Good luck being unbanned, because theyll need to pull up logs.

I honestly dont remember ever giving you my permission, all i remember was you yelling that there was 20% BZ in lavaland ( not implying you are lying, i just dont remember that i was busy with the mutiny). When i was cuffed i ordered all the mutineers to be lethaled by sec ( for context check Ironicpower player report i spammed there quite a bit). From what i remember you were running around supplying weapons to cargo during that whole fight, and refused to help me when i begged you to uncuff me.

Thats true. I was honestly super fucking mad after that whole shootout, and then i saw your walzing in with full russian battle gear yelling " I was not a part of this" when i fucking saw you ordering crates and giving the guns away. To be fair i didnt saw you fire a single shot during the battle, but i was also locked behind the door and couldnt see shit, so there is that.

The only time i visited cargo was when i tried to talk shit out. 1 minute later i was gunned down by hop, gukle and desmond. And during all this, you asked hop for permission to order boxes filled with guns xd. And during this time i was still yelling for help in comms and in cargo. Yet still you thought that ordering soviet crates was a good idea.

I re checked logs, and yes, you did get permission from cap, (from when he was talking with cargonia heads) cap actually wasn’t talking to you, he was talking with the cargonians who kept insulting him and telling him to leave, and you mistook his “yeah” with him giving you permission.
Appeal accepted, will unban when I get back on byond.

You never begged me to uncuff you. If you did i would tho. But when i was near you never asked for my help. You also missing point in “giving guns away”. I had no armory access, all crates were locked. I never was running around yelling " CARGO GRAB GUNS" or anything. In fact, if i’m not mistaken SEC opened crates, not cargo. And yea, i was running around in russian gear which is…it’s not even crime. I had gun tho, but that i grabbed after whole fight started and random sec opened crate. So whole fight i either was inside cargo shuttle or i think i dragged like…2?3? crates out. That’s it.
And you admitted of given “kill order” on my head, when i was saying i’m not part of this? again, you see guy in unifrom, with gun in armor slot who is the only non-hostile guy there? talking to you and you give order to kill?. Again, i had no idea about whole cargo revolt thing.
But i have to admit, i was salty for you trying to kill me when i was trying to talk. Which is why i lethaled you in the end.

On other note, to order gun russian crate which permission qm needs? hos? hop? captain? In theory since his boss is HOP, he needs permission from hop. Hop on other hand needs to talk with hos or captain about it, but it’s not qm job. Can we get russian uniform crate by the way? Without mosins, just clothing.
