Appeal Reason: The reason I dc’d was because my lag was so fucking horrendous today. (still lagging terribly, not just on ss13) SO i would like to have this ban appeal treated like an ahelp.
Additional Information: the only 2 people I remember attacking were the geneticist who was trying to inject people with monkified injectors and the clown who made a plumbing machine that automatically pumped out Water and potassium mixture

After some log diving, I can confirm that the clown was indeed causing explosions by the medbay, and the geneticist was also injecting people with monkified. Both those kills were valid.
That only leaves the following to be explained:

But all in all it can at least be reduced to needlessly attacking a borg, unless you have a good answer to this as well.
The borg was defending the clown, and at one point, the clown was on the back of the borg. I assume this was collateral damage (me attacking the borg instead of the clown)
The explosions that the plumbing the clown created were causing were 100% non-harmful. It may as well have been a noise machine.

Machine wasn’t even strong enough to blow itself up, as proof of how weak they were, and the only rule with any damage dealt to it was the tile the machine itself blocked entry to.
Borgo situation is understandable, especially since you didn’t go out of your way to kill them. But I don’t understand the basis for killing the clown in the first place.
Didnt know that at the time though. I saw him making a plumbing machine and when I checked what it was, it was potassium and water. I said something like “ITS POTASSIUM AND WATER”
and he said “hehe” or something like that
PS. a small amount of potasium and water can make a hull breach, like 25:25 im pretty sure. I just assumed that 15:15 (a bottle holds 30) was also enough to make one
It looked like you were just RDMing people for no reason and you were banned as such.
You actually killed one person validly and killed another with a very flimsy excuse of a reason. He didn’t harm anyone, he wasn’t harming the station and to top it off he was a clown.
The status is needs outside opinion, will probably be shortened because the offense wasn’t as bad as it looked, but you still have a long record of self-antag and aggressive over-escalation. I think that with your long record of shit similar to this it should be final warning before permanent ban.
Plumbing that repeatedly produces single tile explosions of the weakest damage category is not bombing the station. It’s a noise maker at worst.
The machine explosions were unable to destroy tiles, unable to destroy objects on tiles and due to the fact it’s coming plumbing machine that players cannot occupy the same space as, unable to damage players with the measly 5 or so brute damage it would cause.
You were present when the machine was active, witnessed what it did, and commented on it. You say logs include your coordinates in very close proximity to the machine while it’s active.
when i played chemist on yog (and bee), i didnt even know about plumbing. I can tell you the exact date I found out plumbing existed, but I’d have to find the PR i made to a fix a bug about it. Unfortunately, my internet is still being a fat bastard. I didn’t hear any boom noises coming from it, however i did hear mixing noises.
