Rules Broken: Being an utter cunt, fucking up the whole station with a lethal teratoma virus
Incident Description: Lethal teratoma virus released on the station. The viro/antag ruling of
“If your role has a method of indiscriminate killing (That is not just walking up to someone with a weapon your role has!), such as an atmos tech opening fusion canisters or a virologist releasing a death plague, they may use these as antag at any time”
Applies to golden, not sage.
Tracee Davis was an antag (BB) They had ONE assasination target which was a fucking IPC. Everyone who died should count towards his ban lenght, this was rampant mass murder.
Additional Information: No admemes which means full shit tide with no breaks on.
#Edit removed some salt, spoke with the viro in ghost chat next round, they claim they have not released the virus - so question is, who was the moron that did, leaving viros name as is but might not be the responsible party.
#Edit 2: asked the viro in deadchat the next shift how making that virus prior to focusing on his objective was supposed to help him (kill IPC get to vault). He said it was just a distraction. Funny how AN UNRELEASED VIRUS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A DISTRACTION.
I had 2 goals - assasination and stealing plutonium core. I spread virus to monkeys, left viro and changed my id. Breached vault and made a fake wall. Sadly i forgot my kit in viro’s safe and ai already bolted the doors in viro and left the role. I tried to get it back, but failed.
Once again - i only infected the monkeys in viro and never got these monkeys out of their starting chamber. Never infected any crewmember directly. If nobody would’ve gone in viro and made out with infected monkeys - worst you’d have to deal with would’ve been some tomas running around for some time.
And in case of it breaking out - it’s not some deadly virus that kills you in one minute and cure is salt. It takes like 15 minutes to kill anyone and cure is easy to get.
If you didnt release it why did you say it was meant as a distraction
If it was not supposed to be released/someone else released why its supposed direct non lethality is even a point in your argument?
Just becuase the virus doesnt directly damage to the point of lethality doesnt mean it does not cause harm and grief.
Antag rules state you should work towards your objective at all costs unless they happen to be impossible.
So you either:
Made a disease that does not further your antag goal at all and broke antag conduct
Made a disease that was meant to be released and perhaps some idiot released it for you
It spawns tomas that cause chaos. Tomas can go throw vents and cause chaos. Tomas are not infectious themselves.
It was contained in viro in monkey room. It also lasts limited time due to cellular damage to monkeys - 15 minutes tops.
