Replace jungle fever with some sort of zombie outbreak mode

i know people have suggested this before, but, lets get real, nobody likes jungle fever, its about the worst thing ever created, like, it’s literally mankinds greatest failure. some chad in my post shitting on romerol said that it could be a gamemode. well, lets replace jungle fever with a zombie outbreak, a small amount of people start off with the romerol tumor (forgot what is was called, festering ooze or something) and eventually turn into zombies.

first off is how’d they mutate into a zombie. if we made it so they had to die to turn into zombies, no one would ever become a zombie. it should be a special version that zombifies them in the same time it takes to become a monkey in jungle fever. secondly, zombies should also have a hivemind channel, like the monkies. you notice how jungle fever is just a shitty and unfun version of a zombie outbreak? lol.

heres why i think a zombie outbreak should replace jungle fever

  • zombies are actually strong and hard to kill

look at that, no more cucking monkies with a toolbox and a flash, you actually have to put some sort of effort into killing them, or atleast passifying them (i.e cutting their arms off with a circ saw or axe), zombies pose a threat by being able to break down doors, dealing huge damage with their claws, and coming back to life at full health instead of not being able to heal at all

  • you arent forced to turn into anything after being hit once, medical is actually relevant

unlike jungle fever where getting hit once basically means you are going to start going chimp mode in like 5 minutes, you can actually manage a zombie infection. needing a constant supply of anti-tox, treatment options available through surgery, along with a morgue to drag dead bodies in so they dont get infected, makes medical more than just a “oof ouch owie antag shot me 6 times with a revolver time to get dragged to cloning” station, it makes it integral to preventing an outbreak from happening.

  • ability to be expanded upon

the latest jungle fever change to make the “initial infected” into gorillas was okay, but it’s about the biggest change that could happen to jungle fever while keeping the same theme going. however, zombies can be fucking anything, cool new zombie abilities, new zombie types, plenty of shit to code instead of breaking down mentally and spending days on upgrading bread via teleportation (actual pr)

  • fun to play

zombies arent fucking bitches. personally, i suggest 2 buffs, making them flash proof and giving them an inherent ability that’s like a small burst of speed, while still keeping the same debuff that makes them slow as hell while not using the ability. but even without those, breaking down doors, clawing people to death, its actually fun

The only thing I would add onto this would be specialized zombies for each race, with unique features.

It was me who suggested this, lemme repeat my idea:
-if this gets accepted we need MORE ZOMBIES, that means most of them most be AI controlled and weak. The stronger ones should have special abilities and must be player controlled.
-the infection speed must be faster.
-I think syndie zombie kit should be removed after this
-zombies are mindless bastards, they should be immune to some things like bleeding. But they are also clumsy, they should be tripping on each other when in large crowds

Why zombie gamemode?

AI announces zooombi
departments get their walls reinforced and they covet they windows
halls get crowded by zombies, maints might be unaccsessable for zombies but is still risky
zombies take departments one by one unless someone stops them
=fun

EDIT:
zombies should sense the living
Zombies CANNOT hold any weapon or such, they can only bam on the walls or throw shit if they are strong
Zombies should revive unless their head is bloated away
Zombies should have much softer organs
Make ian zombie (oh god)
