Ban Reason: Executed the clown as CMO for breaking lights in the hallway

Appeal Reason:

I was in the process of adding another message to my ahelp before the ban was applied.

It was confirmed IAA with no security what so ever and neither the RD or I could decide who would be the acting captain. I witnessed Maple Nakimoto assassinate the chemist of the round – They also confessed to me IC that the chemist was an IAA. In response, I made heparin for self defense, considering maintenance above the medbay was bombed as well.

I witnessed the clown break multiple lights in the central hallway of DeltaStation, shot them with the syringe gun, let them go into crit, and dragged them into medbay to be cloned. I abort the cloning process as a means to punish them (The plan was to have the clown’s newly cloned body have no arms), then I put the clown into cryo, but they died yet again before the cryo tube as cold enough. Was going to save them, but triage demanded that I save the living in the form of one dying botanist strapped to a stasis bed… And surprise, I entirely forgot bout the fact that I had functionally committed murder against the clown.
I also had to deal with the botanist having chameleon equipment, which I attempted to confiscate but was interrupted by an engineer as they started to loot the contraband too.

Additional Information:

Yes, murdering is exceptionally awful. Yes, it was a shit move to murder the clown. No, it was not an execution; it was murder… not that it makes it any better. I “tried” to get the clown back in the round.

No, I don’t regret my actions in the slightest. Yes, I’m fine with a ban. Appealing it cause I wanna see if leniency is possible… But mostly to correct the fact that it wasn’t an execution; IC we couldn’t establish who was the acting captain between the RD and I.

Never play cmo again wtf, clown was just breaking lights, that was his crime ?
And you drugged him to crit and then tortured him instead of doing your job ? On mrp ? As someone who is supposed to save lifes you kill people for breaking a light ?
You are a chief medical officer on a cutting edge space station and you act like a clown

what about instead of shortening his ban extend it on mrp ?

Ban well deserved, and the choice of wording on it is almost entirely irrelevant.

Denied. Removing the clown from the round pretty much permanently one way or another for being a little bit annoying is a big nono.
