Round Number: 31850
Rules Broken: Self antag
Incident Description: So this report is more for the general demeanor i saw in this round. First of off, there were botanists who made wheat that made people speak like they drank a nar-sour. The wheat also transformed people into different people when they were hit by it. The second thing is that the borgs bolted down the shuttle on purpose on semi-base crewsimov (they had a law to help them kill enemies of the corp or something like that) while we were trying to space a changeling who had their armblade out.
Additional Information: Logs may be a mess due to most of the crew being affected by the name and body change wheat.
Edit: forgot to mention the botanists and a few others were distributing the wheat throughout the station.
Ah yes… that round… i was the HoS and as far as i saw the main culprits were one of the botanists alongside one of the clowns, they were just throwing them at people for no reason or leaving them on the floor (they had thornails/prickle) and this definetly made the round more chaotic considering they weren’t antags at all. Don’t know if anyone else helped them spread it
(delete if redundant)
Can confirm the clown was helping and what I assume was the one mostly spreading it. He also used a few ones on the shuttle while in transit and even tried to feed me one earlier in the round
@GameAdmin hello? ANYONE OUT THERE?!
Okay, investigation time!
PART ONE - Bottany shitters
Three Botanists are present this round. The vast majority of shittery this round was perpetrated by one of these. The second joined in with shittery of their own a bit later.
The third one, as far as i read the logs, was a good kid and didnt do nothing.
#1's Shittery
Bragging about botany grief in the past

Also general lack of roleplay (big suprise at this point eh?)

#2's Shittery
Needs to be explicitly said again that by sheer volume of shittery their actions are less bad than #1’s, but still bad.
“”“funny”"" smoke

some more of that still, but nowhere near as much more than for #1
Also had “fun” on the emergency shittle

To nobodys suprise, #1 has done this schtick before.

PART TWO - Borg wierdness on the Shittle
I can confirm that boltage of the airlocks on the shuttle did occour, however im having a hard time telling what exactly was going on from logs alone.
None the less there does not seem to bee a good reason for this - making it not kewl to do.
I will take action for what little i can see here - if im missing something that’d make this look way worse feel free to re-report this part of the incident.

Hello hello it me the borg, there was lots of chaos on the shuttle and piles of people, and I didn’t see the armblade. All I saw was people fighting and shoving each other towards a door while I was trying to heal people, and so I locked down the doors so no one got spaced. Also pretty sure but not perfect memory, I think the ling was dead or incapacitated, and spacing a dead person regardless of antagonist status, with just a little left on the shuttle, does nothing to prevent harm, as they can’t be resurrected in time to do more harm. Again, lots of chaos, and my number one weakness as a player is that I easily get overwhelmed in high chaos situations.
Aight, that makes sense then.
In my oppinion, spacing a ling does make sense since they can revive at any moment, but this line of logic does explain your actions.
i’ll update the note to more acurately reflect what was going on
Actually wait, doesn’t reviving stasis take two minutes, meaning that the ling would only be able to revive after we arrived at centcom?
That is a pretty metagamey line of reasoning there, how’d you expect the avarage crewman to know that?
Or when it died/went into stais, for that matter?
Imo, its always better to treat lings with the utmost of carefullyness
dont misunderstand though, i get your line of logic and that you didnt mean to shit up the round or anything, dont worry
Ok thanks, I guess what I was getting at was what level of information borgs legally had about lings, and I take it that your comment means we know that they can revive themselves, but not how long said revival takes.
Aight, note adjusted.
Since you actualy did have a somewhat decent reason to do what you did, its not much more than a record of “hey, this happend at some point” now.
have a good one
