Swapped the location of the closet and shower as to not block the windoor.

Minor Fixes and Functional Hangars around Kilo Statio… n.

<summary>Fixes</summary>
Added holofields to all three shuttle hangars. Namely Science Shuttle, Exploration Shuttle and Arrivals Shuttle. Each one has an SMES but only the Arrivals hangar is connected and pre-powered.
Deleted this dang decal.
Also fixed a rogue decal by Exploration entrance and in the primary hallway outside Lawyers' office.
Fixed the access codes on the left set of doors, they now only require one out of four access codes instead of all four!
