I said one thing. An out of character thing. A thing meant for LOOC. It was hardly “talking.” A 3 day ban is a bit much. Also it’s a first offense.

Additional Information:

I’m already banned from the discord. I’m lonely. Stop this.

Also how come every time someone writes a ban appeal you roll up saying they should be banned for longer? You even permanently job banned a dude for a literal accident.

OOC is considered a “job” for the purposes of bans.

Never said your ban should be longer.
I rarely say that in general.

This was a mistake, and it was one that I corrected.
I fail to see how this is relevant.

A) That’s my thing, and I only occasionally do it

B) That’s not what he was doing there. He’s explaining that job bans are normally harsher than full bans. OOC isn’t a job, but it’s still a relatively minor ban - it does nothing to hinder you in the game.

OOC and LOOC is not for discussion of IC information relevant to the current round, what you did here is IC in OOC by blaming the stage magician.

Ban should stay.

You wanna use OOC to help new players out? You need to mention a game mechanic but don’t wanna do it IC? You want to talk with other people in the community before the round?

Nah fuck you. You used LOOC wrong once. You don’t get to use this feature at all for 3 days now. And you know what? You’re lucky it’s only 3 days. It should be permanent.

Look I get bans over shit like releasing n2o and I’m not gonna appeal those because that’s fair and it makes sense to me.

This doesn’t make sense. This feels wrong, petty, and personal.

I don’t like how I can get RDM’d and ahelp it twice in a round and get nothing back, not even so much as a “talking with them” from an admin much less an aheal for being put into crit by someone for no reason or god forbid a “it’s an IC issue” message if it’s valid. Just dead silence and nothing all round… but god forbid I misuse LOOC once I get slapped pretty damn hard for it and not even a moment of consideration for “oh hey this clearly isn’t your usual behavior” or how about “hey yeah OOC is a pretty important feature to not have access to at all maybe we can be civil and human and not slap you with a three day ban for a first offense”

I put myself in your shoes. I know I’m the asshole with a shitton of notes and bans for all kinds of shit. I play all day every day and sometimes I do silly shit, it makes sense I’d have notes.

Put yourself in my shoes. How am I not meant to take this personally?

I mean for fuck’s sake when is the last time someone got an OOC ban for something that wasn’t a blatant filter bypass?
