Right now they are just hidden in code and an admin spawn, please make them part of the game via a late game (alien or illegal) tech node that robotic has to build each limb for before the synth can choose a person on the crew roster to look like.

If you really want impersonation based mindgames you could always just activate ling in your antag prefs.
They all do, when they take 30 damage their synth flesh skin comes off then they have to reapply synth flesh for the human skin to come back
Huh. I’ve messed around with synths but they always had the appearance of like a black ipc. Guess I got more stuff to look into.
Synthflesh is very easily found in medbay unless chemistry is incompetent, which was not the case when synths were removed considering i don’t think cloning needed synthflesh then.
Would be real easy for a synth to just have a stock of the stuff in their bag.
It didn’t until like a couple months before I started playing around a year ago. At the same time having to go to medical looking like a black skeletal IPC isn’t exactly gonna be easy
