still, I think the reason of the appeal was that the note is for saying the entire nword, which is just not true
dude making a joke about murder and murdering someone are two VERY different things,
what i said was obviously a joke laughing that 2 people got banned for saying the n word in the timespan of 5 seconds.
What you’re saying is essentially you went to court, chose to defend yourself, and thought standing up and saying “haha yeah I murdered that guy…jk.” was a good idea?

no what im saying is: a police officer stops me in a control and asks, hey anything i should know about?, i jokingly say “yes officer i murdered a dude hes in my backseat rigth now” then laugh, the police officer beats you jails you and sets in your historial that you murdered a dude, when you confront him and say to look in the backseat because there is nobody he beats you again and changes the reason of the jailing to “murder baited/murdered” yes the jailing may be only 2 years but the note stays in my historial and makes me look like a murder because i made a joke someone didnt like.
in what of saying N- is a stupid game? cant i say letters of the alphabet because aeder says so?

If you tell an officer you murdered a dude he’s gonna arrest you, and when he finds out you lied im sure there are many other actions he can take against you.

i literally made a very obvious joke and the police officer detained me for it, that doesnt seem like obstruction at all. HECK even faking a real murder seriously wont get you obstruction will mostly get you vandalism and wasting the police line.
There’s disturbing the peace, filing a false report, again obstruction of a police officer cause their time could be spent stopping a real murder.
