It’s important to include the entire reason; since in this case it saying to, “appeal on the forums” means that you don’t have to wait a year before filing an appeal.

Alrighty. Now, this is an appeal on the forums type of ban so you technically don’t require a vouch. Although when someone lets their ban sit for this long we often ask them to get a vouch anyways.
I believe this appeal on the forums ban is probably minor enough to unban you on thin ice.
