You’re running this combination of quirks at your own risk. Nobody should steal your heirloom for just no reason, but if you lose it through normal gameplay you’ve set yourself up with bad quirks of your own choice.
People sure are assuming worst case scenario here. I take it none of you have ever been wrongfully arrested?
Even a wrongful arrest can be IC if there is sufficient (forged) evidence. If you’re truly arrested wrongfully, it’s already against the rules.
