To point out what I mean about similar speech, you do not use any punctuation except for a question mark when asking questions occasionally, or in contractions. To do both of those, but then never use a period for example is similar. Both accounts talk in the short bursts and with the same aggressive memey nature. The speech thing isn’t conclusive by itself, but together with the rest add to it for sure.
Most people don’t put in periods because the game automatically does that.
Like I said it’s not 100% on its own. I use periods in game pretty often, and you’d be able to tell my speech apart from others and vice versa generally. Yes a lot of the spazzy types talk like that. If there is anything you can think to check that would differentiate then I’d be happy to try and pull logs on it or find it.
Check if he used the term catgirls. I only use the term felinids.
He only played one round afaik and those say logs are the entirety of them from their respective rounds.
He used exclamations when calling for sec. I hardly ever use those and I hardly ever call for sec either.
Thing is, that spaghettiboi did not used any of these words, when he was killing my character. He was silent during most of the time, eventually he explained to AI that “He deserve it” or something like that.

There’s sufficient reasoning for the ban. As the reason for it is one that’s very hard to prove or disprove, the appeal is taking time. It hasn’t even been 1 day yet. If a fair “trial” wasn’t intended this appeal would have already been denied.

Your reason for banning me is that he has spaghetti in his name, he talks a bit like me, and he overescalated. A lot of people on LRP talk like that and overescalation is a very common occurrence.
The timing of the second account is also big. Any one of the things. Rule broken, name, time of account creation, speaking mannerisms, low account hours. All of these by themselves are a joke to ban for. All of them together isn’t something that can be ignored.
It’s not an easy discussion for us, but certainly not one that is as easy as a simple quick accept or deny on the appeal.
Regardless you would still be banned currently so it’s not like rushing the appeal is going to change anything in that regard.

Don’t you need hard proof to keep someone for ban evasion? I’ve seen admins say this. Bastian said he had hard proof when he banned me for evading

yeah sucks that him and others saying this isn’t enough for a successful appeal. i’m not really sure what’s gonna happen here
like i understand the distrust of a player with a bad record, but if the admins are asking for him to do something he can’t really do, then they need to hurry up and deny this appeal.
If people evade well, there is no proof. The problem with this is there is no way to prove it 100% or for him to disprove it. Normally that means we would drop it and lift the ban. This one in particular is as damning as it can get without hard proof or a confession. Ultimately it will be discussed by staff and investigated a bit more.
No one enjoys these situations but they do happen. It puts us in a bad spot since we can’t give people free rein to evade, but we also don’t want to tag someone who didn’t do it.
