It’s against the rules on Sage for the specific reason that it fucks the round up for everyone else since antags can roam freely.
I dont care about being HoP I just want to know why the other head rules it doesnt make sense
If you get banned as one head you generally get banned from all head positions because heads are relatively interchangeable.

If you want to play on MRP, you have to follow the rules for MRP. One of the rules for MRP is that you must make some attempt at roleplay.

If you can Roleplay. Do so. It’s part of the rules on MRP. Breaking them leads to warnings and bans.
There’s no contention over the events. Appears no remorse or anything either. Looks like this should stay.
