Reach trust level three. You can do this by being active on the forums (there’s a minimum activity per month), giving and receiving a certain number of hearts, and not being muted/banned from the forums. In return you get a fancy title, additional likes per day and more powerful flags (any posts reported by you get weighted more heavily)

Admins can also manually give you it, along with a more powerful version called leader (which lets you lock threads, retitle threads and has all posts you flag instantly accepted by the system)
