In the situation of a SS13 server, the only personally identifiable information that is stored and would be covered by GDPR laws are your IP addresses, and if you demand to know the IPs that are stored about you I am sure you will get to know them. You will however be unable to demand them to be deleted, since they are a vital part for administration.
